Designed by Nicholas Kazalas of NDKazalas Architecture, the structures will function more like two connected wings and contain a mix of rental apartments, commercial tenants, and community facilities.

Earlier this week, construction officially topped out at 547 West 47th Street, a new 12-story condominium tower in Hell’s Kitchen. Also addressed as 646 Eleventh Avenue, the building is expected to welcome residents by 2021 and will debut as ‘The West.’
