CompletePlayground, a new nonprofit organization, will open its first family activity center at 30 Broad Street. The 40,000-square-foot underground playground is designed to accommodate children of all abilities, including those with special needs. The playground will occupy a portion of New York Sports Club’s former Financial District location.
Tidhar Group has closed on an $80 million construction loan to complete a 52-unit condominium building at 200 East 20th Street in Gramercy Park, Manhattan. Designed by CetraRuddy, the building will top out at 210 feet and is expected to debut in 2024.

Fine Properties New York this week closed on a $35 million loan to complete The Elisa at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld with HTO Architect, the ground-up condominium building stands 11 stories tall and will include 25 homes and a collection of amenities.
