Rendering Revealed for 32-Story Condo Building at 543 West 122nd Street, Morningside Heights

New high-rises aren’t a frequent occurrence in Upper Manhattan, but one such project currently rising at 543 West 122nd Street, in Morningside Heights, now has its first renderings. The development will be known as Vandewater, taken from the original Dutch name for the area. Savanna is responsible for the development, and Curbed was the first to reveal the new images.

New Look at Expansion of 250 West 71st Street, Upper West Side

An existing four-floor townhouse at 250 West 71st Street on the Upper West Side is hoping to grow a floor. Located two blocks away from the 72nd Street Broadway subway station, serviced by 1, 2, and 3 trains, and three avenues away from Central Park, the project would be nicely positioned on a quiet street with access to transit and the best amenities anyone in the neighborhood could ask for. The design has been submitted to the Landmark Preservation Commission for consideration.
