Happy Living Development has released renderings for a low-rise condominium building at 441 West 37th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Located between Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenue, the structure is being designed by EDI International.
Longtime collaborators McSam Hotel Group and Gene Kaufman Architects have once again paired up on a new hotel development in Midtown, Manhattan. Located at 223 West 46th Street, the project replaces a former parking lot. According to the architect, the building will rise at least 26 stories, although the rendering depicts a tower with 34 floors.

Construction of a new 46-story, dual-brand Marriott hotel at 140 West 28th Street in Manhattan is now topped out. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects for the McSam Hotel Group, the structure stands 470 feet above Chelsea with exterior cladding that resembles a single, continuous metal panel.
Google is leasing 1.3 million square feet at St. John’s Terminal as part of its Hudson Square campus. This week, the tech company closed the final deal after announcing plans late last year for Google Hudson Square, a $1 billion company campus at 550 Washington Street. The 1.7 million-square-foot campus will also occupy both 345 and 315 Hudson Street by 2020.
