The Brookfield Place shopping center is now home to a 73,000-square-foot venue space, one of the largest to debut in Battery Park City, Manhattan. Located within 225 Liberty Street in the Financial District, the space is operated by Convene, a New York City-based hospitality company that designs and services a network of venues across the country.

Located between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and St. Nicholas Avenue, the lot is three blocks north of the 125 Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Stefan Martinovic under the Property 1 Holdings LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Snøhetta’s award-winning design studio has transformed the surrounding public spaces at 550 Madison Avenue in East Midtown, Manhattan. The new garden area will increase existing public open space to more than 21,000 square feet with the addition of a café, new planters, seating, and public bathrooms.
McSam Hotel Group will break ground in January on a new Marriott Hotel property in Times Square. Located at 223 West 46th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, the 200-key Marriott SpringHill is designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and replaces a former parking lot.
