Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 11 West 118th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. The site is four blocks away from the 116th Street subway station on Malcolm X Boulevard, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains. Victory One Housing For The Elderly is behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 1299 3rd Avenue, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The site is three blocks away from the 77th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains, and four blocks away from the 72nd Street subway station, serviced by the Q train. Continental Ventures is responsible for the development.
After covering 220 Central Park South and 111 West 57th Street, it’s time we cover the tallest of the three skyscrapers under construction on Midtown’s billionaire’s alley. 217 West 57th Street is currently on track to reach 1,550 feet above the ground. Once complete, it will be the tallest residential skyscraper in the country and second tallest tower in the country. Extell Development is responsible for the project.
