The site is distant from public transport, though it is about one mile from the first exit off the Bayonne Bridge, which connects with New Jersey. Three blocks from the lot is the waterside Faber Park, a small scenic public green space. M.S. Savani Architecture is listed as responsible for the design.

The site is a nine-minute bicycle ride from the Flatbush Avenue subway station, end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and center of a major commercial intersection.
