The LeFrak Organization has unveiled plans for 110 Town Square Place, a 40-story mixed-use tower in Jersey City, a 40-story mixed-use complex. Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, the structure will yield 423 residential units, 45,000 square feet of office space, 3,450 square feet of retail space, and 218 bicycle parking spaces.
Downtown Jersey City will soon be home to a massive outdoor sculpture commissioned by Le Frak and Simon. Entitled “Water’s Soul,” the sculpture will stand 80 feet tall and resembles a woman, eyes closed, coyly shushing pedestrians walking around her.

The lot sits immediately to the west of the Solow Building and is slated to be developed by the LeFrak Organization.

While the developer has released little information about the project, updated illustrations appear to match preliminary renderings made public in 2017, following approvals from the State of New Jersey.
