Construction is complete on 351 Marin Boulevard, a 38-story rental tower in the Powerhouse Arts District of Jersey City. Designed by HWKN and HLW Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) and Northwestern Mutual, the 406-foot-tall reinforced concrete structure yields 507 apartments in studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts. The Marketing Directors is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is located on a rectangular parcel bound by Marin Boulevard to the east, 1st Street to the north, Bay Street to the south, and low-rise buildings to the west.

Foundations Underway for Journal Squared Tower 3 in Jersey City

Foundations are progressing for Journal Squared Tower 3, a 60-story residential skyscraper and the final component in the three-building complex in Journal Square, Jersey City. Designed by HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors, the structure will yield 600 rental apartments on a plot bound by Pavonia Avenue to the north and Summit Avenue to the east. Tower 3 will feature the same architectural design as its siblings, with a tight window grid and white paneling, and will stand as the second-tallest in the group.

Journal Squared’s Third Residential Skyscraper Underway in Jersey City, New Jersey

At number 23 on our year-end countdown is Journal Squared Tower 3, a 60-story residential skyscraper under construction in Jersey City‘s Journal Square neighborhood. Designed by HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors, the tower is the final component of the three-skyscraper complex and will top out as the second tallest, yielding 600 rental apartments with interiors designed by Major and Handel Architects. The development is bound by Pavonia Avenue to the north and Summit Avenue to the east. Groundbreaking occurred in early October.
