Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the structure yields 277 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 70 units for residents at 40 to 100 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $29,040 to $144,100.

Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the structure yields 229 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 58 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $29,040 to $187,330.

606 West 30th Street’s Curtain Wall Nears Pinnacle in West Chelsea, Manhattan

Façade installation is nearing completion on 606 West 30th Street, a 42-story residential skyscraper along the border of Hudson Yards and West Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 545-foot-tall structure will yield 312,350 square feet with 192,780 square feet of residential space and 14,240 square feet of commercial space on the lower levels. The project is referred to as Tower B in a two-skyscraper development along with the taller 601 West 29th Street from FXCollaborative and Douglaston Development. Hudson 37 LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Eleventh Avenue and West Street, directly across from the third phase of the High Line.

135 East 47th Street, aka Monogram New York, Progresses With Facade Installation, in Midtown East, Manhattan

Façade installation is progressing on 135 East 47th Street, a 35-story residential skyscraper, named Monogram New York, in Midtown East. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Cauldwell Wingate is in charge of constructing the tower, which is located between Lexington and Third Avenues. Anthology Group is the hospitality partner, while Shanghai-based Neri & Hu is the interior designer.

509 Third Avenue’s Façade Progresses Over Murray Hill, Manhattan

Exterior work is progressing on 509 Third Avenue, a 35-story residential tower in Murray Hill. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Kahen Properties with Lalezarian Properties under the Third and Thirty Four LLC, the 386-foot-tall structure will span 166,917 square feet and yield 229 units with an average scope of 692 square feet, as well as 8,253 square feet of retail space and a 30-foot-long yard. Charlton Development Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.
