Located at 11 Lawton Street, the dual-tower development will feature 143 condominiums, 453 rental units, and a 190-key hotel. Additional components include 8,102 square feet of restaurant and bar space, 2,953 square feet of retail space, and 627 on-site parking spaces.

The Pendry Manhattan West Hotel has topped out above the expansive new Manhattan West complex adjacent to Hudson Yards. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the building features a distinctive fluted glass façade on its northern and southern elevations, an interesting departure from the boxy and angular style of the megaliths that permeate this area of Manhattan. The hotel’s official address is 4 Manhattan West and is expected to debut in 2021.

MVMK Architecture recently unveiled plans to construct a 13-story, mixed-use property in an area of Jersey City known as The Heights. Located at 15 Nardone Place, the proposed structure would rise from an assemblage of six adjacent lots that currently support two low-rise commercial buildings, five multi-story residential structures, a gas station, and associated parking areas. The new development would replace all existing properties.
