Ironstate Development Company and The Pegasus Group have launched the next phase of leasing at The Eddy, a rental community in Harrison, New Jersey. The community is located at 555 First Street near the Passaic River waterfront and was designed in collaboration by Front Studio Architects, Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, and BG Studio.
Leasing is set to launch this May for Dey & Bergen, a new rental property in Harrison, New Jersey. Located at 1 Bergen Street along the Passaic River waterfront, the building offers a collection of 242 units.
One Harrison aka One Harrison Avenue, is the newest residential complex to open in Harrison, New Jersey. This is a waterfront, 257-unit rental property complete with 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. A collection of one- and two-bedroom residences start at $1700 per month with occupancy immediately available. BNE Real Estate Group and HornRock Properties are the two developers. The site is located at by the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Dey Street, and sits directly next to the Passaic River.
Private equity firm Eastone Equities has announced the launch of Harrison Yards, a sprawling, multi-phase development in the downtown neighborhood of Harrison, New Jersey. Described as a “transit-oriented” mixed-use project, Harrison Yards is located near the recently renovated Harrison PATH station and will deliver 640 apartments with amenity space, 16,000 square feet of retail, and over 600 parking spaces.
Located at 777 South 3rd Street in Harrison, New Jersey, the second phase of development at Harrison URBY has opened its doors. The site’s first building opened in this location back in 2017, and was quickly occupied. The interiors and exteriors are designed by Dutch firm Concrete Architects, with Phase II resulting in a total of 270 new residential apartments.
