A Yonkers, N.Y.-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential project at 3839 Bronxwood Avenue, located between East 220th and 221st streets in the Williamsbridge section of the East Bronx. The new building will measure 5,666 square feet and its residential units should average 900 square feet apiece. There will be a single apartment on each of the ground and second floors, followed by two apartments across the third through fourth floors. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based firm is the architect of record. The 3,052-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story building. Demolition permits were filed last July.

Across both, the full-floor residential units should average 1,774 square feet apiece, indicative of apartments with family-sized configurations. Each structure will also come with three off-street parking spaces. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based firm is the architect of record. The 8,123-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in September.

An anonymous Corona-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 102-14 Radcliff Avenue, in Corona. The project will measure 6,770 square feet and its residential units should average 711 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Gino Longo’s College Point-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot property was occupied by a single-story brick townhouse until that was demolished back in August. The 103rd Street-Corona Plaza stop on the 7 train is 11 blocks away.
