A Yonkers, N.Y.-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential project at 3839 Bronxwood Avenue, located between East 220th and 221st streets in the Williamsbridge section of the East Bronx. The new building will measure 5,666 square feet and its residential units should average 900 square feet apiece. There will be a single apartment on each of the ground and second floors, followed by two apartments across the third through fourth floors. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based firm is the architect of record. The 3,052-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story building. Demolition permits were filed last July.

Across both, the full-floor residential units should average 1,774 square feet apiece, indicative of apartments with family-sized configurations. The project will measure 6,770 square feet and its residential units should average 711 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Gino Longo’s College Point-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot property was occupied by a single-story brick townhouse until that was demolished back in August. The 103rd Street-Corona Plaza stop on the 7 train is 11 blocks away.

Property owner Emilio Dimatteo, doing business as an anonymous Yonkers, N.Y.-based LLC, has filed applications for two three-story, four-unit residential buildings at 1011-1013 Adee Avenue, in the East Bronx’s Williamsbridge section. Each will measure 4,000 square feet and the residential units should average 755 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Between the two, there will be a total of six off-street parking spaces. Gino Longo’s College Point-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide, 5,000-square-foot property is currently vacant. The site was occupied by a two-story house until that was demolished in late 2012. The Burke Avenue stop on the 2 and 5 trains is located 10 blocks away.

Queens-based property owner Jacob Ashkenazie has filed applications for a four-story, 17-unit residential building at 86-57 Midland Parkway, in Jamaica Estates. It will measure 18,189 square feet and its residential units should average 881 square feet apiece. That means either rental apartments or condominiums could be in the works. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 67-foot-wide, 11,999-square-foot property is currently occupied by a two-story, single-family house. Demolition permits were filed in April. The site is located three blocks from the Jamaica-179th Street stop on the F train.
