These will eventually cover the entire 350-foot-tall residential section that sits above a 150-foot retail and grade school podium. The 42-story mixed-use skyscraper is being designed by FXCollaborative. Trinity Place Holdings is the developer, while Deborah Berke Partners is in charge of the interior design. Sales have also launched for the 90 condominium units, which will range from one- to four-bedroom homes. Pricing begins at $1.78 million for a one-bedroom residence.
A new rendering from 3D architectural visualization studio NoTriangle depicts an updated design for Three Hudson Boulevard. The featured image shows a tall glass skyscraper that rises at nearly as high as the 1,009-foot 35 Hudson Yards. La Hermosa Christian Church may soon begin construction on a new 33-story, mixed-use tower in Central Harlem, at 5 West 110th Street. Details within a dense environmental assessment statement prepared for the Department of City Planning reveal the very first renderings of the building, which would require several zoning amendments and waivers before breaking ground.
