Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 445 Grand Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Ranger Properties is listed as responsible for the development.

Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects for Shuster Development, both the first and second phases are products of a local initiative to enrich and invigorate the surrounding Powerhouse Arts District.
Construction has officially begun for the Lively, an 18-story mixed-use building at 321 Warren Street, Jersey City, New Jersey. The site is by the Hudson River waterfront, and just four blocks away from the Grove Street train station, first stop along the PATH trains in New Jersey. Fogarty Finger Architecture is responsible for the design.
New images have been shared for the redesigned lobby in 1407 Broadway, a 512-foot-tall Mid-Century skyscraper designed by Ely Jacques Kahn in Midtown, Manhattan. Lightstone Group sold the building to Shorenstein Properties in April of 2015. Tenants are largely from the fashion, technology, advertising, media, and information industries, and Fogarty Finger is behind the revamp.
Pre-filing permits have been submitted for a 24-story mixed-use building at 41-05 29th Street in Long Island City, Queens. The site is at the heart of a burgeoning downtown area quickly establishing itself along Jackson Avenue, Northern Boulevard, and Queens Boulevard. SB Development Group is behind the project.
