The Howard Hughes Corporation has received necessary approvals to construct a new 26-story mixed use development at 250 Water Street in South Street Seaport, Manhattan. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the tower will comprise a mix of market-rate and affordable rental apartments, an office component, retail space, and community facilities.
Bark, one of the world’s largest health and wellness subscription companies for dogs, has signed a 15-year, 52,000-square-foot lease at 120 Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan. The company is the latest to join a slew of enterprise clients at the newly renovated commercial property.
An abstract sculpture from artist Frank Stella is now on display at 7 World Trade Center in the Financial District. Titled “Jasper’s Split Star,” the sculpture is located within the Silverstein Family Park between West Broadway and Greenwich Street, a location that was previously occupied by Jeff Koons’ signature “Balloon Flower (Red).”

The lottery is run in cooperation with SL Green, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and non-profit Settlement Housing Fund. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 63 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $45,566 to $167,570.
