A Flushing-based property owner has filed applications for twin two-story, two-family houses at 47-25 and 47-27 Bowne Street, in East Flushing. The buildings will measure 2,493 square feet each, and across both, the residential units should average 807 square feet apiece. There will also be a total of four off-street parking spaces, two of which will be housed in separate, 190-square-foot garages. Edward C. Lui’s Little Neck-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide, 4,750-square-foot plot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in April.

Each will measure 3,542 square feet, and across both, the full-floor residential units should average 1,261 square feet apiece, indicative of family-sized configurations. The project will have a total of two off-street parking spots. Edward C. Lui’s Little Neck-based architectural firm is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide, 5,000-square-foot plot is currently occupied by a two-story brick townhouse. Demolition permits were filed in January.
