Five-Story, Eight-Unit Mixed-Use Building At 816 Washington Avenue Revealed, Prospect Heights

Excavation is imminent at 816 Washington Avenue, in Prospect Heights, where ELH Management is planning a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use building, according to Brownstoner. Dattner is designing, and the site’s former rent-regulated predecessor burnt down in 2010.
