Renderings Revealed for Terminal Logistics Center by JFK Airport, Queens

Triangle Equities has announced an expedited construction plan for their Terminal Logistics Center by the John F. Kennedy Airport. Located at 130-24 South Conduit Avenue in South Ozone Park, Queens, the building will be a multi-tenant hub for air and ground cargo. Groundbreaking has been moved forward to the middle of 2019.

New plans have been revealed for an industrial and air-cargo facility in the South Ozone Park area of Queens. New York-based developer Triangle Equities acquired the property, located at 130-24 South Conduit Avenue, for a total of $25.4 million in early 2018.
