The Department of City Planning is now reviewing Environmental Impact Statements for a six-building expansion of Stevenson Commons in the Soundview section of The Bronx. Owned by Camber Property Group, the development site is located at White Plains Road and 1850 Lafayette Avenue and currently comprises nine Mitchell-Lama buildings spanning 990,050 square feet.

The site comprises a 72,000-square-foot lot at 385 Bay Street and an 88,265-square-foot lot at 425 Bay Street. The entire site spans 3.67 acres and is zoned for both residential and commercial use.

Vinyl retailer Rough Trade recently debuted a new Manhattan flagship store in Rockefeller Center. Following seven years in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the retailer has relocated to Midtown and is now open for business in the former RCA Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, just steps from Radio City Music Hall.
New renderings have been released for Wildflower Studios, a full-scale film and production studio proposed in Astoria, Queens. The development is located at 35-15 19th Avenue and is one of Robert De Niro’s numerous ventures to construct Hollywood-grade production facilities in the outer boroughs.
