Construction has topped out on 532 Clinton Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Afshari PC and developed by 532 Clinton LLC, the 80-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure will yield 30,000 square feet and 12 units, for an average of 1,695 square feet apiece. The residential program includes ten three-bedroom, two-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The developer purchased the 6,6780-square-foot plot for $6.5 million in 2019 and excavation and construction gradually progressed on the building starting last summer.
