The 200,000-square-foot, seven-story mixed-income apartment building is being developed within the Penn South campus, an affordable housing cooperative designed by COOKFOX.

Designed by Rockwell Group and developed by Related Companies, the structure yields 430 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $101,486 to $187,330.

Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by MAG Partners, Atalaya, Safanad, and Qualitas, the structure yields 480 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 144 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $48,138 to $187,330.
Fine Properties New York this week closed on a $35 million loan to complete The Elisa at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld with HTO Architect, the ground-up condominium building stands 11 stories tall and will include 25 homes and a collection of amenities.
Pier 57, a former New York City Transit Authority bus depot on the South Chelsea waterfront, has won New York State’s Historic Preservation Award recognizing significant efforts to transform the site into a vibrant public destination.
