An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, two-unit mixed-use buildings spanning the lots 20-26 Marcy Avenue, in central Williamsburg. The four residential units will be dividing nearly 6,800 square feet of residential space, and a combined 3,940 square feet of commercial space will span the development. KMP Design and Engineering is designing, and a single-story warehouse must first be demolished.

Property owner Daudi Rodriguez has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings at the lots 2414-2416 Bouck Avenue, in Pelham Gardens. The four residential units will be split across nearly 6,900 square feet of residential space, and Jung Y. Shin is the architect of record. An existing two-story, single-family building must first be demolished.

Self-Storage Building Coming to 4275 Old Amboy Road, Staten Island

An LLC has filed construction permits for a planned three-story, 30,810 square-foot commercial self-storage building at the vacant lot at 4275 Old Amboy Road, in central Great Kills. Tamar Kisilevitz, of Scarano Architect, is the architect of record, and the site’s former single-story warehouse was demolished last September.

Three-Family Building Planned for 174 Richardson Street, Williamsburg

An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit residential building at 174 Richardson Street, in northern Williamsburg. The building will measure nearly 4,750 square feet, and Philip Toscano is designing. The existing two-story, two-unit townhouse passed pre-demolition inspection earlier in May.
