New renderings from Bricolage Architecture & Design reveal a forthcoming mixed-use project at 132 Wyckoff Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by Santino Battiata and Zaleski Properties, the building will eventually stand four stories above ground and support residences, retail, a community facility, and an enclosed parking area designed to accommodate nine vehicles.

Located at the corner of Willoughby Street and Fleet Place, just to the east of Flatbush Avenue and directly north of the Long Island University Brooklyn campus, the 2,425-square-foot project will bring 23 units to the neighborhood.
