Façade installation is continuing to progress on One High Line, a twisting two-tower residential development at 500 West 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Witkoff Group and Access Industries, the 36- and 26-story structures will yield 900,000 square feet with 236 condominium units, a hotel component, ground-floor retail space, and a public plaza. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, Enzo Enea is the landscape architect, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is alternately addressed as 76 Eleventh Avenue and stands adjacent to the High Line on a trapezoidal plot bound by West 18th Street to the north, West 17th Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west.

Witkoff purchased the property, formerly known as The XI, in a foreclosure sale for $900 million and partnered with Access Industries and Monroe Capital to complete the once-stalled development. Suffolk Construction is the new general contractor, Enzo Enea is the landscape architect, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the project, which is alternately addressed as 76 Eleventh Avenue and stands adjacent to the High Line on a plot bound by West 18th Street to the north, West 17th Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west.

Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Tishman Speyer, the 66-story skyscraper will yield 2.85 million square feet of office space. Turner Construction Company is the general contractor, Banker Steel provided the steel work, and Permasteelisa is the façade contractor for the nearly $3.7 billion project, which spans a full block between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues and West 34th and 35th Streets.

Exterior work has resumed on One High Line, a pair of 26- and 36-story mixed-use towers at 76 Eleventh Avenue in the Midtown, Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Witkoff Group, the 900,000-square-foot complex will yield 236 condominium units, 137 hotel rooms, 85,000 square feet of retail space, and a public plaza. Steve Witkoff purchased the property, formerly known as The XI, in a foreclosure sale for $900 million and partnered with Access Industries and Monroe Capital to complete the stalled project. Gilles & Boissier and Gabellini Sheppard Associates are the interior designers and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the High Line-adjacent property, which is bound by Tenth Avenue to the east, West Street to the west, West 17th Street to the south, and West 18th Street to the north.
