Caliendo Architect and developed by Benjamin Shavolian, the structure yields 39 residences and 4,816 square feet of community facility space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 12 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $73,715 to $187,330.

Four-Family Townhouse Planned for 1342 Prospect Avenue in Foxhurst, South Bronx

Ben Shavolian, the head of L’Ermitage LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at the vacant lot at 1342 Prospect Avenue, in the Foxhurst section of the south Bronx. The building will measure 4,770 square feet, and Gerald Caliendo is designing. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished by the HDP in 1994.
