The Beitel Group has secured a $150 million loan for the development of 120 East 144th Street, a new residential project in Mott Haven, The Bronx. The funding, which was supplied by SCALE Lending, will support the construction of the 13-story, 450-unit property.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 100 Lenox Road, an eight-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect with Input Creative Studio as the interior design team and Beitel as the developer, the structure yields 95 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 29 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $64,286 to $167,570.
Westchester County’s Industrial Development Agency has approved two substantial multifamily rental properties in downtown White Plains. Referred to simply as the IDA, the agency works to facilitate diversification and urbanization of the county through the construction of vibrant mixed-use developments. Together these new properties will create 346 new apartments and represent $131 million in private investment.
