Moshe M. Friedman is the architect of record, and the site’s former two-story building was demolished in 2003.
Henry Weiss, doing business under BH Skill LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 7,025 square feet at the vacant lot of 110 Skillman Street, in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Genaro Urueta is designing the project.
The Bed Stuy Blog spotted renderings for a four-story, 31-unit residential building under development by The Iconic Group at 281-291 Tompkins Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Eran Tourgeman, doing business under 635 Holding Corp, has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring 4,520 square feet at the vacant lot 731 Greene Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Sion Hourizadeh, of Sion Consulting Engineering is the architect of record, and the former three-story building was demolished in 2009.
Paramount Home Group Inc. has filed applications for a six-story, 11-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 8,500 square feet at 13 Patchen Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant near Broadway. BTE Design Services is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse passed pre-demolition inspection in February.
