The site is within walking distance to three different subway stations, collectively providing access to the G, J, L, M, and Z trains. Alex Arker of the Arker Companies is responsible for the development.

The development will be an addition to an existing site owned by the Starrett Corporation. The project is located at the western edge of the neighborhood, right on the border of the private residential Seagate community. The Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station is the closest train station, located just over a mile away and serviced by the D and Q trains. DVL Inc is listed as behind the applications.
New renderings for 325 Lafayette Street reveal sleek apartment interiors, communal amenities, and lobby spaces for the forthcoming residential property. Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, the building is being designed by Aufgang Architects for developer Slate Property Group.
