Guo H Hu, doing business as an anonymous Queens-based LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit mixed-use building at 45-08 Junction Boulevard, in Corona, located six blocks south of the Junction Boulevard stop on the 7 train. The new structure will measure just 3,987 square feet in total and will include a small 449 square-foot doctor’s office on the ground floor. The residential units, three of which will have full-floor layouts, will average 750 square feet apiece. Flushing-based An Shen Ma is the architect of record. The site’s existing two-and-a-half-story wood-framed building must first be demolished.

Ken Cheung, doing business as an anonymous LLC, has filed applications for two four-story, four-unit residential buildings at 94-66 – 94-68 45th Avenue, in Corona, located seven blocks south of the 7 train’s stop at Junction Boulevard. Each building will measure 6,520 square feet, which means full-floor units will average a relatively spacious 1,630 square feet, indicative of condos. An Shen Ma’s Flushing-based architectural firm is the architect of record, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2008.

An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use residential and community-facility building at 132-22 Maple Avenue, in southern Flushing proper. The community space will measure nearly 1,250 square feet, and An Shen Ma is designing. An existing two-story structure must first be removed.
