With sales expected to launch this Spring, new renderings and a teaser site are now live for 98 Front Street, one of the latest ground-up condominium developments in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by ODA, a New York-based architecture studio, the building’s cubic structure resembles a game of Tetris and playfully incorporates a number of private outdoor terraces. The building will contain 165 residences that range from studio to four-bedroom homes. Floor plans begin at 400 square feet and reach upward of 2,000 square feet.

The site is two blocks from the York Street Subway Station, serviced by the F trains, and five blocks away from the High Street-Brooklyn Bridge Station, serviced by the A and C trains.
