Designed by Badaly Architect PLLC, the seven-story residential building will be located in The Bronx’s Wakefield neighborhood. A look at the newly released rendering of the project reveals a red brick and white cement block facade. The ground floor of this corner lot development appears to house the 52-car parking garage.
