Marble Hill is the northernmost region of Manhattan, and is the only portion of the borough that isn’t on an island. While it had been connected to the main island of Manhattan before, the US Army cut it off of the city for a canal to expedite shipping in the late 19th Century, and it was later connected to the Bronx in 1914 by filling in the old river. James Kwon will be responsible for developing a structure along the northern edge of the neighborhood, near where the old river used to be.
