The property will yield 39 rental apartments averaging roughly 663 square feet apiece. The structure will also have a single cellar level and a 38-foot-long rear yard.
Permits have been filed for a 12-story residential building at 389 Weirfield Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block from the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the L train. The Horizon Group under the Horizon at 391 Weirfield LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. In September the development company filed permits for a five-story residential building at 378 Weirfield Street.
