Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues along Billionaires’ Row, the 2,510-square-foot site is occupied by a five-story mixed-use building. Built in 1891, the mansion with Beaux Arts details was a wedding gift to the granddaughter of William Vanderbilt. The 65-foot-tall structure is currently owned by Solow Realty and Development.
