The 50-story tower at 25 Park Row is now hurtling towards completion. The project is being designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L&M Development Partners. Sales have already launched for the 110 residences, which are being handled and marketed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The exterior is continuing to be assembled as it rises up the reinforced concrete structure, which topped-out last year.
25 Park Row is making news again, as sales have recently launched for the 50-story residential skyscraper. New renderings have also been released showing the residential interiors of the 665-foot tall condominium tower above City Hall Park, as well as the surrounding cityscape. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the project is being developed by the J&R Store founders and L&M Development Partners, and will yield 110 residences. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sale of the units, while the amenity spaces are being designed by Studio Mellone. The landscaping is being created by Starr Whitehouse.

Standing on what would be a full-floor unit, the space will soon be home to some of the best views of both Lower Manhattan, and Midtown to the north. At the time of YIMBY’s last update on the 702-foot-tall and 50-story 25 Park Row, the tower was climbing to the final floor of its crown. Now, the 29th-tallest skyscraper currently under construction in the Five Boroughs has topped-out over City Hall Park and the Financial District, making a noticeable impact on the Lower Manhattan skyline when looking east from Broadway and City Hall Park. The building will include 110 condominiums and is being designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L&M Development Partners, as well as the J&R Music Store founders. It took less than a year for this tower to rise to its pinnacle, while the glass and facade panels are continuing to rise into the sky.
Once the site of the electronic and music store J&R, 25 Park Row has risen tremendously quick above City Hall Park and the Lower Manhattan skyline in the past year alone. Excavation and foundation work only began in 2017, but the halfway mark for construction was reached in early August. Since then, a new rendering of the 49-story and 665-foot residential skyscraper has been revealed, and work has progressed to the final upper floors directly below the extruded crown that tops the building.
