Construction has officially topped out at The Bedford, a new 13-story affordable housing development in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx. The property is located at 211 East 203rd Street and will eventually contain 108 rental apartment units.
A final rendering has been released for a forthcoming two-building condominium development at 37-24 30th Street and 37-28 30th Street in the Dutch Kills section of Long Island City. Designed by COSTA Architecture & Engineering, the structures will stand seven stories and contain 32 and 33 units respectively. Residential area across both buildings will measure 15,926 square feet.
Construction is wrapping up at 65 Graham Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building near the southeastern boundary of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Bricolage Design Associates and developed by Graham Raflico Associates, the property will yield a mix of market-rate rentals, ground-floor retail space, and a community facility.
Proposals from Camber Property Group reveal a massive expansion of Stevenson Commons, a mixed-income residential complex in the Soundview section of The Bronx. If approved by New York City’s Department of City Planning, the expansion will establish six new buildings with a sizable portion of residences reserved for senior demographics.
Applications recently received by Jersey City’s City Planning Division reveal a new 27-story mixed-use building. The proposed development is located in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood at 415-435 Summit Avenue.
