Manhattan-based non-profit Breaking Ground will be responsible for the development.

A new 21-story high-rise is expected to come to Jamaica, as reported by YIMBY yesterday. This is not uncommon for the Queens neighborhood, but 153-19 Jamaica Avenue will be different, and today we have the first renderings for the building.
