  1. stop calling this affordable housing!
THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCME PEOPLE , NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF bed Stuy.
This is a joke and a taxpayer subsidy to millionaire developers .
421A is dead and this will stop

  2. Jesus, that’s an ugly building.

    • It’s complete and utter design incompetance. I’m not saying this to be a smart ass but I genuinely do not understand how some of these practicing architects even graduated from their respective architecture programs. Some, like this and virtually every new building by Badaly or Caliendo in the Bronx exhibit such horrifying mind numbing thoughtlessness that it leaves me almost speechless. They actually seem like they do not know what they are doing. What a sad and scary notion.
