Hi pleases how I get a application

  3. There should be no “LOTTERY”!!!! Apts should go 2 homeless first then first application received first served. Also if u have ASSETS doesn’t mean u rich! U get hit by car, aren’t u supposed 2 sue 2 get med Bill’s paid? This is held against u in Affordable housing. WHOEVER developed Lottery is a very selfish person! Also, apts in South Bronx are being rented 4 very expensive rents which shouldn’t be. I’m 70yrs old, disabled use rollator Walker w yellow lab service dog. I can’t afford rents.Affordable housing has many amenities that regular BLDGS don’t have. I need a 1 bedroom apt NOT a “STUDIO” which is a box!!!where am I supposed 2 put MY Walker my service dog MY bed DINING room table sofa, etc??? I saw a studio which was a box!! No space 4 any thing!! Who’s idea was it 2 build such a small apt? Why don’t architects who design these apts live in them so they’ll no what it feels like!! I don’t want a studio(box)!! Also, why r so many built near train stations? That makes sleeping very hard due 2 noice!! Where I rent a room there is “DRAGRACING” LOUD MUSIC SLOBS WHO FIX CARS IN STREET THEN LEAVE A MESS + DON’T CARE!! DOG OWNERS DON’T PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS!! Dogs r left loose w/o a leash + cops do nothing! Why!! Are they waiting 4 a CHILD 2 B KILLED b4 they do anything?? I have a 1 bedroom of stuff in storage 4 yrs I need an apt! No 1 helps me!WHY?

I live in a 26 stair walk-up and I use oxygen due to COPD, I have CHF and diabetes, my son has cerebral palsy and asthma. I also have an adopted daughter with a baby. It’s very difficult for us to go up and down the stairs. When I moved in this apartment 10 years I wasn’t sick. Please help us get an application or tell me how to go about getting one. Whatever can be done for me and family will be deeply appreciated.

I agree. There shouldn’t be no lottery just put humans in apts that is low income no thousands dollars start off like 650 a month too 800 a month

  7. Gimme gimme. Seems that some people expect other people to do for and give them. And feel so entitled, that they think it’s reasonable to complain when they dont get.
