Full demolition permits have been filed for 156, 158, 158 1/2, 160, 162, 164, and 166 Bowery in Nolita, Manhattan. Located between Delancey and Broome Streets, the cumulative 14,946-square-foot site has 150.09 feet of street frontage.

According to the filing, the property is owned by The Real Estate Equity Company under the REEC 156 Bowery LLC. It currently houses seven mixed-use residential buildings built in 1900, and ranging from three to four stories each. No new construction permits have been filed yet. The zoning allows for a commercial floor area ratio of 6.0 and medium-density residential zoning, with parking required for 50 percent of the residential units.

156-166 Bowery is near the Bowery subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains and the Grand Street station, serviced by the B and D trains.

Age Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.
