    Wow! This must be a record for a Friday YIMBY post….half of the buildings listed on the housing lottery round up ARE ACCTUALLY AFFORDABLE!!!

    It’s not perfect, there were only 4 buildings in total this week, plus 1 of the 2 affordable buildigns appears to be limited to senior citizens…however the 2 afforadble buildings are quite large, so that’s a good thing!

    More of this please, and no more of the 100+ AMI fake affordability!

  2. The TB Hospital is a wonderful Art Moderne building and I am glad it could be repurposed. Even its powerhouse on 16t4h St. and Goethals Ave. is distinguished with a striking chimney.
