The affordable housing lottery has launched for 334 Evergreen Avenue, a four-story music-themed residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by S&S Architectural Design, the 6,958-square-foot development yields eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $167,570.

Amenities include a shared laundry room and a rooftop terrace. Units will have air conditioning and dishwashers in unit, as well as patios or balconies.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a $2,200 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $139,620, and two two-bedrooms with a $2,450 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $84,000 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 8, 2021.

    Amusing design. This goes with the nearby subway themed building at 132 Stanhope.
    Those partial shower doors don’t work.

    In the kitchen , How is normal height person supposed to access upper cabinetry . Do they provide step latters?

  13. This music motif everywhere is so tacky. Mismatched kitchen cabinets & wth is that drawing/tacky mural with pics of headphones, etc on the wall by the kitchen. What in the world was this developer/architect/interior designer thinking! No wonder why its still available
