Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 383 Union Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Yochanan Tennenhaus under the Union Holdings NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Permits filed in 2018 called for a five-story building with ground-floor commercial space and five condominium units above.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 14,759 square feet, with 6,919 square feet designated for residential space and 484 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 691 square feet. The steel-based structure will not have any yard space or accessory parking.

Adam Taddonio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
