  11. Why are these homes called affordable? I work in health care and make make 58000, Can you post homes in this price range for people like me?

  12. Do you accept cityfhep program

  13. Are you serious what happened to real apartments for families studio 2300 affordable lol

  14. How is this even considered affordable?

  15. It’s not racism, it’s capitalism. If you didn’t bother buying or investing in the properties in your own neighborhood then don’t complain when someone else with more money does it for you with a higher price tag.

    Do u take section 8

  17. This is the same if not HIGHER than other low income or rent controlled housing prices BUT they are new with (gasp!) a washer and drier.
The problem is an old, ugly 1 bedroom is also 2K with NO accommodations. That isn’t affordable either its just the lowest price right now, which is overpriced for the jalopy it really is! NYC realty takes advantage of people, makes life uncomfortable and expensive and outdated. Theres no integrity or taste, or class.

  18. Affordable that’s not affordable

  19. The building is beautiful
