  1. Developer: “How out of context can you make this building?”
    Architect: “Just you watch!”

  2. Does affordable housing have to be this horrid? (Hint: No)

Hire good architects. This firm is a bit below even Gene Kaufmann.

  3. And they say mankind is evolving…

  4. The thoughtlessness is what’s most disturbing.

  5. I think it looks pretty good.

    • Please tell me you’re joking. If the aliens landed and were asked which structures where designed by the higher beings, you’d honestly point to the new building in that photo?

I’m interested in a one bedroom condo.

  7. absolutely no respect for it’s corner lot. A missed opportunity for something much better

  8. Hi sir/maam, How much per unit for 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom? pls.

  9. Where do you apply?

  10. This is not affordable housing

  11. There should be mandatory architectural reviews of building exteriors. The streetscape is forever damaged by this ugly brick box that shows no respect for the gracious homes it rudely intrudes upon. It doesn’t take much extra effort to make a building harmonious or at least respectful of its neighborhood which the developers of his miserable pile of masonry felt no obligation to do.

  12. Boy that is ugly.
