Located at the intersection of 66th Street and 18th Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the 18th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N train. Benjamin Clyburn under the 651923 18th Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 30,400 square feet, with 15,572 square feet designated for residential space and 4,388 square feet for two community facility spaces.
