Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 167 Malcolm X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Monroe Street and Madison Street, the interior lot is a few blocks west of the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Cory Eliyahu under the Malcolm X Platinum LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 7,500 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 750 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Wu (Woody) Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in October for a two-story residential home on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
