Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 717 Sutter Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Wyona Street and Sutter Avenue, the corner lot is four blocks from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the C train. Jaswinder Ghotra under the Sutter 8 Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 47-foot-tall development will yield 12,806 square feet, with 6,764 square feet designated for residential space and 2,033 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Muzaffar Jamal of Architectural Concept Inc is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
