Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 643 Midwood Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Albany Avenue and Troy Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Mark Jankovits under the 643 Midwood LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 15,493 square feet, with 13,598 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 647 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional SVCS is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
